You never "got to far in to this" after "examining the question." You just examined the question. So you're not on either extreme of the spectrum, but can you at least say which end of the spectrum you're closer to? And not everyone has "nuts." Maybe this is a better way of asking: Do you have "nuts?"

p.s. Please don't get defensive. It's a far stretch to assume someone is ignorant or intolerant because they are curious and ask simple (or maybe not so simple) questions.
