@vikings0396 Again, that is not true. If it is a "glorified rough fish" why is it that people by the millions throughout the U.S. and Canada spend countless hours fishing for them? Also, DNR's throughout both countries manage muskies so carefully. All I can say is that your ignorance shows with your errorant statement.

Good job!! Nothing but a glorified rough fish.

@welljonsir I don't think you need to remove this video but why were you filleting muskies in the first place? Muskies should always be released unless they are dead at the time of release or if the fish is a state or world record. Again, don't remove the video just change your practices and keep fish species meant to be eaten.

@cchanderson Muskies are not trash fish. Your statements only show your ignorance. I'm sure that when you say you have 50 muskies in your walleye hole, you are exagerating. Muskies are not the problem with walleye predation as I believe yo're getting at, it is walleye anglers who are not diligent about releasing their catch like muskie anglers.

I don't appreciate the negative AMERICAN comments. From what I have seen we take our fishing as serious as anyone. I always abide by the rules and regulations of where i am fishing. Regardless of where you are from if you do not abide by local rules your an ASSHOLE screwing it up for everyone. Fishing is not something you deserve it is a priveledge.

I have 50 of them in my walleye hole...they are scumbag nasty trash fish...throw them on the bank for the coons. You want to release something release a trophy bass or a 10lb Walleye. Muskie are trash fish.

Only Americans would eat a Muskie.......so sad but then again, these are the same people that would eat a catfish from a filthy river. What else can we expect? lol

That fish was probably 6 - 8 years old. If a female, she hadn't even spawn once yet. (Most females mature for spawning at around 42"s) THAT WAS A BABY Muskie, COME ON MAN.

Thank you for the comment muskie machinery. Obviously I do not know my muskie. We were fishing for Bass at the time. How old was it in Muskie years? I did take the word "Big" out of the title on account of your comment. And thank you.
