@memohavok You missed the point there genius. Anvil sucks, Motley, Skid Row, Iron Maiden, etc. etc. etc. are great. Anvil came from the same scene as the 80s bands, they just weren't nearly as good. All of a sudden a bunch of poser metal heads are suddenly singing praises to Anvil. The fans didn't make them a huge band in the 80s for a reason. VH1 has them all over the TV now and people like you just drink the kool aid and accept what they tell you to listen to. They suck

Just because Anvil is being pushed by VH1 all of a sudden and are getting a lot of media coverage people everywhere are talking about how great they are, so influential, amongst the best. Anvil sucks, their songs suck, stop saying they don't. Every time I try to listen to them I can't, it's not good music compared to what they were up against. That is why they didn't make it huge, people didn't like them...
