Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania is a pleasant place to find yourself on a sunny summer afternoon. Should you make it out this way sometime, I highly recommend Newman's Lounge and Restaurant, The Filet Mignon and Hot Stuffed Peppers are to die for. For some visitors Jefferson Hills is not so pleasant, I'm thinking of visiting high school football teams who have to contend with the mighty Thomas Jefferson Jaguars. In 2007 the Jaguars completed a perfect season going 16-0 and bringing home the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic League's (WPIAL) Class AAA State Championship.
