    U need 6-8 weeks to see any results but don't forget right nutrition is 60% of your success. so work out 4-5 times a day and follow the right diet

  • Katya, U are lil monster(in positive meaning ащк ыгку) I've just come back from my fitness training but that wasn't enough and I decided to do yr workout. OMG I am laying on the for 5 mins and can hardly move.))))))))I didn't feel tier after 1.5 hour fitness but from 10 mins workout I am just dying lol Thank u honey!
