Here is a clear explanation on how to get into the frog pose. It is great for runners and to release tension in the front of the thighs and groins. YOGA , the HALF FROG POSE or Ardha Bhekasana

  • All the kids in school will be jealous when I show them my frog pose.

  • Take a leash and loop the end around your foot, with the other end, bring it over your opposite shoulder and pull until you feel stretch, keep working. :)

  • Excellent, Esther. In fact I was doing a back bend this evening (the bow) and tension in my quads was making it difficult. This will help me next time.
