@sharpshooter226: thanks a lot. The HiHat is an old 14" Zildjian A Custom Projection HH. This one is a true allrounder with a beautyfull brilliant sound. One of my alltime favourite HiHats!

@maganashi: no bass drum trigger. What we used is a subkick for the very low frequencies which you can see in the vid. Very few damping and a shure beta58 off center. In the mix a little of compression - that's it. I like to keep it natural. The drums sound awesome as they are.
