You have no CLUE what these animals did to that quiet well rounded neighborhood, they resisted city ordinances , and had multiple L & I violations. The neighbors ( 90% black) complained to the authorities daily about the smell and the trash that collected there.
No normal neighborhood really wants that on their street. .The city did not handle it all properly. But John Africa put those innocent children in harms way. Not mayor Goode.
