Nice Straw-man, but your argument makes no sense:

We are not wanting a warranty, what we want is to be able to buy the car with the keys (the game), and to be able to play it as long as we have a Driver's license (TV/and console) and the Fuel to run it (power).

What is so unreasonable about wanting to be able to transfer the ownership of a usable hard copy? You can transfer ownership of a car despite not owning the design patents/intellectual property, why not with a Game Disc?

EA has not made anything that has held my attention for longer than 2 weeks in the last few years. The only real game i enjoyed from EA as of late was Bad company 2... and i only played that because i had nothing else (being poor).
