Lambada fever happened at 1990, and these children travelled through Europe dancing the hit of the group Kaoma. Now I discovered(see at youtube.com) there are many people around the world that they are fans of Lambada 'children- Chico e Roberta.
At the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MyLssoLHkKE, you will see that the group from Bolivia Kjarkas have recorded this orginal song at 1984, and they have suited the Kaoma and after a successful lawsuit, Kaoma paid up and licensed the song.

This kids were great! I always tought they were amazing on the original Kaoma video but this is on another level. The girl obviously is a pro because of some of the moves she does u can tell she took dance clases. Love them! I wonder where they are now!

@zaratevillca None of the songs that the French group Kaoma sang were written by them. Beto Barbosa was a very popular,one of the first, original lambada singer in Brazil and outside Brazil nobody knows who he was or is. Thats life zaratevillica! I wish all the best to Kjarkas
