Totally illegal, of course - unless the pub has a LIVE MUSIC LICENCE and the piper has 3rd PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE! Crazy red tape! But he's good: I've always liked "The Fiddlers' Rally" since Gordon Walker played it for the Scottish Piping Society of London, soon after he composed the tune.
