  • Great video! I've been a Harley-Davidson rider/racer for a few years and the BMW S 1000 RR is something new to my racing career. I was asked to ride the BMW at the Bonneville Salt Flats on Aug. 27-Sept 1st. I can't wait to see how fast this bike goes!! As you said this BMW is the Ultimate Riding Machine.

  • Not yet they might buy Ducati

  • The new kawasaki 2012 zx14 blows the s1000r out of the water with below 10s 1/4 out of the box.

There's a video on youtube where it clocks 9,7 secs, and all 4 runs well below the 10s mark.

  • 'Stock, no nothing', EXCEPT for that Taylormade exhaust. It does make a difference. Still a good run, though.

  • Yeah, but in all fairness the BMW is NOW and the Hayabusa was THEN. New technology always trumps old. Back then, the Busa was reigning champ.

  • i've watched a few reviews of the s1000rr now and it seems like the bike to have really

  • I would trade my 08"busa anyday for the bmw.

  • Theres nothing better than a nigga talkin bikes. Still the Desmo is the ultimate bike, but unless you got 50k€ the Bmw is the most bike you can get for the money.
