  • It becomes a 'habitual' pattern of learned behaviour. You need to break the pattern and inform regarding the fight/flight response and *reclaim YOUR feelings. You need to be able to say 'that was THEN this is NOW, I'm in control NOW and going to play some music/go for walk/dance/listen to some good music INSTEAD of allowing the feeling to own me

  • Couldn't they set up some form of synthetic cortisol to help PTSD sufferers deal with symptoms then?
