@MyRoseana Amen!!
-
She's not performing, she's worshiping the Lord.
-
"when I sharpen my flashing sword and my hand grasps it in judgment, I will take vengeance on my adversaries and repay those who hate me."
"For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment."
"This is what the Sovereign YHVH says: 'Because Edom took revenge on the house of Judah and became very guilty by doing so,"
"They will be called the Wicked Land, a people always under the wrath of YHVH."

God bless her for taking a stand on her faith (we should all be so brave!!) and bringing glory and honor to God through this moving hymn!!! Praise God!

So beautiful !! I rarely pray, but this performance was inspiring !!!!

I don't think anyone could listen to this and be an athiest when she's through. God bless Carrie for such a moving rendition.

@brun5074 Sorry but Elvis on his very best day can't touch this performance. I've heard his version and it is remarkable but her rendition has more depth by far.

I said to my wife the moment that I heard her sing on the Idol show I said she was the winner and she would be a Gand Ole Opry member. She can sing and I too agree when she sings the greatest gospel songs she can bring a tear you your eyes.
AMAZING!

WOW SHE IS GREAT!!!!
Undoubtedly one of the best contest winners American Idol has had. She will likely stand the test of time. What a wonderful way to praise the Creator of the Universe -- our Savior God.
