Ring Dips 100x8 with blast straps. Huge PR. Blast straps add difficulty because your have to balance yourself, but they will really strengthen your shoulders and stabilizers (in addition to chest and triceps). When I first started these with just bodyweight, I would shake like crazy, but over time I have become more stable. You can purchase blast straps at elitefts.com.
