Perform the following workout for the prescribed number of sets and reps or time.

Round 1: As many rounds in 3 minutes (all reps are a total of 8)
Burpee
Clock Lunge (this is 2x around)
Push up and Cone Touch
Fwd Lunge and Throw
dB Duck Unders

Round 2 is 6 min
Round 3 is 9 min
Round 4 is 12 min
