Austrian engineer, Franz Zotlöterer, has constructed a low-head power plant that makes use of the kinetic energy inherent in an artificially induced vortex. The plant can be installed with a water drop as little as 0.7 meters.
In Zotlöterer's system, the water's vortex energy is collected by a slow-moving, large-surface water wheel, making the power station transparent to fish. There are no large pressure differences built up, as happens in normal turbines. The cost of construction for such a plant is half that of a conventional hydroelectric installation of similar yield; and the environmental impact is positive, instead of negative.

hey are the questions posed by Viktor Schauberger to his contemporaries.. ther is an aether and it is multiplied in water spun in a vortex... the vortex causes separation of charges. this was clear to schauberger, tesla and others including dirac. DL Hotson decided to study physics outside academia and analyzes Dirac's wave formula... very interesting piece. Read Walter Russel and Wilhelm Reich and Georges Lakhovsky and Royal Rife, others that have come to the same conclusion.

The Michealson Morley experiment actually did not disprove aether theory, the fact of the matter is until you actually take the time you re-create and conceptually understand the experiment (and others) you must keep an open mind. Its proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Aether theory is real and that Dark Matter-Dark Energy Theory is also a reality, Until physicist understand hydrodynamic principles and temperature difference gradients they wont understand the true laws which govern cosmos
