I am proposing Penn State to donate 45% of IP rights of my 'scientific discovery' to fight for honesty and create a new science - Hydrotechnology - bringing Hydrogeology to the artificial porosity of fluidic devices in the patenting affairs.

It is worse than theft as they are laypeople in Hydrology ignoring the LAW, ETHICS and PRINCIPLES OF SCIENCE.

Look, the two things are different crimes. In one case, you are saying somebody is stealing your idea. Bad.

In the other case, there are cases of alleged cover up of violations. Which is also horrible, if proved true.

I never implied that the crimes inside of the football case had anything to do with bad English. You mix pears and apples.
