Early Fall STEELHEAD

steelhead fishing low clear conditions.
not the best video -had to film by myself
got out for some late afternoon steelheading by myself on one of the smaller creeks.Mike couldn't make it out - got back late from Danbury connecticut playing college football - his team won 71 -3 so at least it was a good bus ride home ,mike played the entire 2nd half and had more than a few good pancake blocks.
i ended up hooking 7 and landing 4 fresh steelhead which was more than i expected with the low gin clear conditions.

Where did you get the idea there's something wrong with roe? #3 blue fox vibrax in pink for fall steelies is my favorite. Yarn flies sometimes in the spring when it's low visibility...on my spinning rig! You're the type that gives fly anglers their bad name.
