My 350.org Day of Climate Action Vlog / Halloween Walk

Saturday was the 350 day of climate action across the world and my community (Chicago's western suburbs) was involved. I started on a walk from Forest Park to Oak Park where there was going to be a green fair and rally. On my walk over we see evidence of stimulus money at work and a first hand look at the challenege we face in addressing climate change. As it turned out the fair/rally was being held in a bank parking lot next to an expressway. So I was seduced by a beautiful fall afternoon and went for a walk. The second half of the clip explores the colors of the changing season and spooky sights (and sounds) of Halloween as meander through south Oak Park. Ending up alongside a haunted pirate ship.
Our walk has a part two that will feature some famous gangsters an oddly placed torpedo a church and a candy factory.
