Fender Fretless Precision bass, TC Electronic RH450, Bergantino HS210

Jamming on a 12-bar. 1971 Fender Precision fretless bass, replacement ebony neck, La Bella FL760 flatwound strings, TC Electronic RH450, Bergantino HS210.

The TC is flat, with a click or two of TubeTone on. The tweeter on the HS210 is set to mid (flat), and the tone is rolled off the bass slightly.

I'm about to buy a TC RH450 also, do you recommend it?

@Vinterless Thank you! As for the TC... I actually wouldn't recommend it. The technology used to get the most out of the power amp kills the transient dynamics too much for my liking. I bought a Genz benz Streamliner 900 a little while ago, and that's incredible. Hope this helps!

dude, I can't believe you replaced the original fender rosewood neck ... or did you? Don't throw it out if you did. Sounds good though.

Thanks for the clips, have you ever tried Labella nylon tapewounds on this bass? Would be really interested to hear what it sounds like and whether its more "upright" than the flats?
