I bought this pedal because of this demo and absolutely love it! It (coupled with a keeley ts9 kicking it in front) has become my absolute distortion tone! Thank you for this demo and showing me this amazingly musical tone!

What brand of preamp tube is installed with this pedal..is it tungsol 12ax7?????

is the mosferatu or distortion better for some heavy sounding chords? like john frusciantes sound of the ds2 but with more clarity on notes like all hermidas seem to do well

cant the chandler tube driver get this tone with a little reverb?

I am trying so hard to decide between this pedal, the okko diablo plus, and the pork loin. What the hell should I do?! It is killing me and I can't buy them all. I play a fender blues junior with a les paul and a 335. Also how are you setting up your delay? It sounds like what I am trying to do but my delay runs too far away from. Any suggestions would be great.

get the original. I use a variation of the eric johnson delay setting:
Delay 400-485ms
mix: to taste
repeats: 1 and then quickly fade

never tried the okko but I have tried a few of the TGP hyped zen pedals and was disappointed.
