Conscious Living and Psychic Protection (Class 4)

http://thegic.org Every week Bernard will present a video class on the metaphysical arts. Topics will vary from week to week and students will be given an assignment to be completed at their own pace. Each Class and Discussion will be presented in chronological order and new students are asked to start at the beginning and take a week to practice the exercises offered therein while completing the proposed assignment.

Excuse me, I just want to know about your shirt. It's a beautiful color but it looks like a european coat of arms. Why would a native of the americas be wearing a shirt that glorifies the conquering invaders?

@2dogarage sometimes a shirt is just a shirt. Here in the States the Fleur de lis is associated with New Orleans and Mardi Gras. As someone who stands in solidarity with the people of Louisiana in the aftermath of the BP Oil Spill..it is a more than appropriate symbol to wear. Next week I'll be sure to send out a memo to make sure my choice of clothing is appropriate for everyone. heehee maybe a buddhist swastika...

I just want to thank you. I am a psychiatric nurse and am quite aware of the negative energies around me at work. I meditate before I go to work to surround myself with the white light. But this method was incredible, I felt completely energized and feel I have another tool in my belt to keep me focused, yet protected. Namaste

It really made me evaluate myself and brought up some personal issues (which is good as it's a clearing & staying in tune with my Reiki at the mo) It's very difficult to keep up with all the rights & wrongs of everything we put our energies into BUT as you said it is a process & we'll get there between us/with the help of friends.

Encountered your video after watching a '70s music vid performed by the "Seekers." Heh, heh ~ really useful advice. I personally "cleaned up" my vocabulary several years ago so that swear words are no longer part of my speaking repertoire. Excellent ~ nice use of hand gestures in making your point.
