Reduce Fraps Recorded File Size With Format Factory NO loss of quality!

Hey heres a quick tutorial on how to reduce the size of Fraps recordings with Format Factoy.

Most computers wouldn't be able to handle Fraps recording and compressing at the same time, so it only records. Because it is just recording with no compressing we can compress it with no loss of quality.

To reduce the size of Fraps recordings i will use Format Factory which is a free program allowing you to reduce the size without loss of quality.

Hey When i format it into avi it really lower it size!

But when i import the lower sized file into Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 it recognies only the saudio track and not the video track. But when I play the lower sized file using windows media player it IS a video file! How come? Please help mee :(

Leaving everything on default will render it with terrible quality. I'm still trying to figure out how to manually improve the quality.
