@snowballie Very great. I remember this program.I believe it was a spring summer cbs radio show on sunday afternoons with raymond scott And Miss.Collins.It was great music.I looked forward to it every sunday afternoon. We were living in New York and I was going to school and we did not have a tv.I admired Dorothy and had a chance to see her on Broadway in Follies in 70-71,she was fantastic. It was magical, her performance. I,m glad to see finally people are recognizing her talent. We miss her

I had not known Dorothy Collins until I got access to the website of You Tube a few years ago. But I have been a great fan of hers since I heard her song "Banjo Boy". Her versatility ought to be known to all of us better.
Thanks for posting this clip.

Version by the Unitones anyone?
Another wonderful Snooky & Dorothy duet!! Did Dorothy ever sing a duet with Russell or Gisele?

I've checked my database of YHP programs and Dorothy only sang a duet with Snooky. But I don't have a complete database of all programs. Russell did assist her on the Christmas program on December 22, 1956 as he pushed Dorothy in a gondola as he sang Love Me Tender.
