Posh = snobby, pretentious
Nosh = working class slang for food.

So you have a deliberate ironic juxtaposition (= putting two words together that don't really go) - plus it's catchy and it rhymes.

nosh is actually a yiddishim (Yiddish= German(ic) dialect spoken by European Yews). It stems from German "naschen", meaning: Having something small and sweet (e.g. for dessert) or nibbling at something like cookie dough.

My god, we have wine snobs criticising the shape of bottle or the way the glass is held. Don't you realise this programme takes the piss out of you people?

Umm, that's part of the joke. Also if you know much about wine you'll recognise that as a Bordeaux bottle - German Riesling bottles are invariably taller and thinner.

Yes, but don't Bordeaux bottles have a crimped carbundulum, traditionally, to allow greater frimerity in the long tannins? My last one did.
