My god, we have wine snobs criticising the shape of bottle or the way the glass is held. Don't you realise this programme takes the piss out of you people?

Yes, but don't Bordeaux bottles have a crimped carbundulum, traditionally, to allow greater frimerity in the long tannins? My last one did.

Posh = snobby, pretentious
Nosh = working class slang for food.
So you have a deliberate ironic juxtaposition (= putting two words together that don't really go) - plus it's catchy and it rhymes.

Umm, that's part of the joke. Also if you know much about wine you'll recognise that as a Bordeaux bottle - German Riesling bottles are invariably taller and thinner.
