@Chinkkkkkkk Meh not sure about cost, think it depends on how big your tattoo is on your finger/how good your artist is. And as for whether it hurts, also depends on where on your finger you're getting it. I have one on the side of my finger too, didn't hurt so much until it reached the boney joint. Yikes! It's tolerable though :D

to answer all of your questions:
i got my mustache finger tattoo 2 years ago and yeah, it's faded a tiny bit. they recommend getting hand tattoos redone every 5 years or so. it hurt like crazy, but it was such a small tattoo that it was over in a flash. it was only 40 bucks, but i knew the guy, so it might be more if you go elsewhere. and yes i was on an episode of true life...but not for tourettes. ;) and regarding the hurtful and offensive comments, please consider there is a human being here
