it's called "Tool Assisted Speedrun" for a reason. if you inputted the same thing IRL, with NO cheats, the result would be the same.

Using savestates and changing the input just before killing an enemy will sometimes change their drop, this is known as luck manipulation.

nvm, theres a better description in the link provided, i was close but still off.
you have to level up as you get 0 hp

oh, and you also have to restore health after entering another room.

save a few miliseconds before you die, and reset then you will play with 0 hp, thats what i assume from watching, and when you enter a door you do some unrealistic uncomprehensable shit to go all over the map.

you know at any place in the game with commentary can't you just press "start" and it skips it or is that only after you beat the game????
