Maybe robots do not produce as much metabolic waste as we humans do. Remember, they are vegetarians (that means less useless stuff) and maybe they recicle certain elements, just like plants do. My point is: if you have enough technology to build such a human-like android, equipping it with a waste minimizer/recycling system represents no problem at all.

But, who knows for sure? This manga loves keeping info for itself...

@AlinaAnn Who says there isn't a toilet? ^^ Gas stations certainly are supposed to have them; and we don't get a full view of the room, so there could be a door to a toilet somewhere at the back.

@AkiNoTsuki Lol. I have read it now, tho I hadn't when I wrote the post below. You definitely have a point about the changing art style, and I think it's really cool how they tried to reflect that in the OVAs. I still prefer the style in the first one tho =P
