  • Great job for a big man. Russians probably are juced and train everyday in a dungeon.

  • Thats the right way to do them. Nice job!

  • @morry27 Theres Russian guys that weigh 220+ that can do these exercises with over 200 pounds on their back. Louie Simmons states in the WBB Deadlift Secrets video that he knew someone that could do a GHR with 346 pounds on his back... so

  • @earthlycolorbrown Few can do this without assistance, skinny boys and little ladys perhaps

his method will work the glutes and hams hard, presumably to bring up his squat max

  • Go head big boy! You get my full fledged applause cause you not only executed this kick ass calf, ham, glute and ab power house move but you did it with finesse! You did not cheat by propelling your body weight back up or down. You let your work it out! Thats what I'm talking about! Got on my shorts and heading to the gym to drop it like it hot cause that is what you did!

  • negatives?

  • it works your gluts and hams

  • I have never seen this workout before?does it build calf muscle?btw nice vid!
