Rant aside, keep up with the training. From the looks of it, you have a good base set, focus on conditioning and work on your rolls (landing on your arms rather then the back of your shoulder will cause them to break in a higher velocity roll).
Also, if you haven't already done so, I recommend practicing Cat Leaps. That'd make getting up that bridge a piece of cake.

but hey thanks for the advice. but if you didn't notice, there wasn't much of a gap for me to use to jump (or for that matter WITH GETTING a running start) as there is a creek there and about 3-4 feet of land.
but thank you very much. like i've always said, criticism is appreciated as long as it's creative or to the point. and thank you for the advice. i am only starting still so i probably have a hell of a lot to learn that i have no idea about.

not parkour at all
parkour is definded by david belle himself as "getting from one point to another as efficiently and as fast as possible... without injury"
you guys cant even climb up a little playground in under 2 seconds.
i can jump onto the top of my brothers bunk bed in one jump!!!!!!
for real parkour look up teams, tempest, ryouku or just yamasaki
ps. parkour is french for free running so yes it is the same thing

OK I guess for some people who do not understand,PARKOUR TAKES TRAINING.
Yes, there is training. There IS also genuine parkour in here. It IS going from point A to point B, which includes have to jump over barricades (I would think?).; which I did in this video.
Secondly, I have only been doing parkour for 3 months. (Most of it was filmed in my first and second month.) Finally, there is another set of traceurs in here who have been doing it for longer than me. I'm sure they appreciate your BS!

Quick correction: "Parkour" directly (and correctly) translated means "Efficient movement."
"Parkour" is as you (xxmitchxhallxx) quoted: "Getting from one point to another as effciently and as fast as possible... without injury." Parkour = Speed.
"Free Running," however, is a little different. Free running is about making it look cool (when are you ACTUALLY going to use a palm spin to QUICKLY manuever terrain?).
Parkour = Speed
Free Running = Style

Quick correction, this (what I was doing in this time period (Summer '08)) was merely training so I CAN be fluent, and as you said, efficient. I guess I shouldn't call these "lines" because that would imply it was a legitimate run, which some of these words. one more thing, you know who david belle is right? well in a majority of his vids, he does extra spins (which I didn't even do to begin with). I'm sure a lot of things stripped down to their definitions are wrong. it's terms used loosely.
