Surprise!

I have been really quiet about this baby being delivered to my house for nearly a month and a half now, and now it finally has arrived at my house. If you are friends with me on Facebook, you know I have been pretty excited for its arrival for a while, and am looking forward to restoring it to its former glory.

The new arcade machine in my possession is EZ2DJ. Its a Korean rhythm video game similar to beatmania. In fact the creators of the game (Amuseworld) were sued by Konami for publishing the game after settling out of court for "copying" beatmania.

So just how rare is this game to find in America you may ask... As far as me and others know, this is one of two or three in America. Definitely to have the machine in my possession now, and I am looking forward to restoring the entire thing back to its former glory.

The machine is missing pedals and the computer that runs the game. I am already in contact with some people about getting those parts, so hopefully we see this machine fully working sometime soon. Until then, I will keep making videos on my restoration process.

Oh and no, this machine was not shipped from Korea. It was just shipped from Georgia to Illinois.

  • O.O You Play HOTTEST PARTY ???

  • @ddrkingjb No. Its just a box.

  • I always wanted EZ2DJ.

    Y U GET FREE?

  • @pokemonranger21 Its broken, missing parts and the owner didn't want to deal with it and have it take up space.

  • where do you purchase most of your arcade cabinets? and how are you able to afford so many? (I would love to have a DDR Extreme cabinet, but the cheapest I've found online is $12000+)

  • @mangaka321 All my machines have been purchased at auction. I got DDR and beatmania on ebay. DrumMania was won at auction from my friend which he then sold to me. and the EZ2DJ was free, the guy just wanted it out of his garage since he didn't have time to fix it. beatmania I won for $100 broken and fixed it for $50. DDR cost $1000 and DrumMania cost $700.

If you have a job, you can buy nice things. Always check craigslist and ebay for deals.

  • EZ2DJ? Cool; there is a turntable difference in the actual beatmania and EZ2DJ predated IIDX in the turntable stiff.

  • I still want an Extreme cabinet lol

  • Wow its been so long since ive seen one of those.
