None-logical detail in construction - on the top of "construction" we can see uncovered wires. In the real battle-machine it will be very weak point. Everything else cool in this video!

Very well done. So I take it that "hard surface modelling" means modelling without using something like subsurface modifier or turbosmooth, and just using smoothing groups? In any case, great job.

umm... Hard surface modeling means modeling non-organic objects. Ie. machines; buildings; planes; cars; etc. instead of people; animals; etc.
