Wow! Check out this like new 1975 CJ-5 Jeep! The Jeep has a 4.2 liter inline 6 cylinder engine with a 3-speed manual transmission putting power to the ground. The engine restoration includes new gaskets, ECM box, water pump, alternator, dual batteries, belts, timing chain, radiator, temperature sensor, and oil pressure sensor. The chasis was completely disassembled and powder blasted and painted with POR-15. New springs, shocks, gas tank, float, fuel lines, lockers, steering gear box, wheel bearings, four new wheel drums with new shoes and components, emergency break cables, drive shaft u-joints, 5 new tires, and the original hub caps. New Jeep stamped body kit (tub, fenders, hood, tailgate, and windshield frame). The front grill is original (powder blasted and primered to match the new Jeep stamped body kit). Original bezels around the headlamps and original parking/turn indicators. Custom front/rear bumpers made from 2.2 inch schedule 40 square tubing. Custom tow package with electrical plug. Fender well kit to protect body (rubber). Custom off road/plow kit lights on the front bumper with switch for upper or lower lights. New marker lights, head lights, brake/turn indicator lights, back up lights, lighted rear license plate bracket, original front license plate bracket. Spare tire cover with marker light in spare tire mount. The Jeep steel is treated with herculiner undercoating (Applied under jeep, hood, fenders, tailgate, and inside the tub). Jeep was reassembled using all new stainless steel bolt kit. It has a new steering wheel, horns, driver seat, oil pressure gauge, original voltage gauge, speedometer cluster, custom diamond plate dash, glove box, turn signal switch, headlight dimmer switch, 2 speed wiper motor with windshield washer motor and nozzles, 2 speed heater fan, new heater core with completely restored heater box and air outlets. New front windshield defroster back up camera on dash, cigarette lighter, 12 volt power accessory by the passenger seat. New dome light, shifter and 4x4 selecter-boots. The Jeep has a full canvas top with full doors and a bikini top with half doors. New windshield by Glass Specialty, Peru, IL. The exterior paint job was completed by professional painters at Center Town Auto Body in Ottawa, IL. The Jeep has the original plow that has been restored and has a rebuilt E-47 Meyer control unit, 4 way slick stick with power switch, 6 and 1/2 foot Meyer plow with markers. The plow moves up and down, left and right. The second dual battery operates the plow or other accessories of your choice. It is the original plow that has been powder blasted and painted with epoxy paint. This Jeep has been completely restored. Pretty much every nut and bolt has been replaced and put back to factory specs. The total miles on the Jeep are 22,934 and 1,000 miles on it since the restoration.   • Cool little Jeep... How much is it for sale/how much did it sell for??? I'm curious. It looks almost too good to take off-road. I'd almost hate myself for getting it dirty.

    F the CJ series, get the later model with the wider wheel base.

  • this thing looks just like mine i have the same model same color but mine has the 304 with the 3 speed all original with 80,000 miles
