White Van Man Band - Harrogate Beer Festival - Friday 27th February 2009

Okay, not a great recording but interesting (well for me anyway) that at a beer festival in 2009 a band play proper music. "Rhinestone Cowboy" (words and music by Larry Weiss) made popular by Glen Campbell (who, BTW played at the Harrogate Conference Centre about 20 years a go (I went)) is a spirtually uplifting song. The lead singer of White Van Man is Tony Audenshaw. Yes, he plays Bob Hope in Emmerdale. As you can see he, and all the band, put 100% effort into their performance. Great stuff...

White Van Man have been playing together since 2001. White Van Man comprises:

Tony Audenshaw (vocals);
The Twad (lead guitar);
Ste Higgins (rhythm guitar);
Dave McWhan (bass guitar);
John Patterson (drums).
