Caffiene is used as an organic insecticide, Thats why plants produce it... to keep bugs away. Cathinone, found in Khat is no less the same. Both are nerve stimulants with far less side effects than alcohol.

If you are trying to justify your ugly habbits I don't care, you can chew as many Khat as you want but don't try to make it look like a holy leaf.

Moderate alcohol ( a glass of wine a day, two beers a day or its equvalent type any alchohol) is recommended for helping to increase good cholesterol, improve circulation and facilatate digestion. Caffenie is a mild stimulant and doesn't have the sideffects that is you see in Khat, it not even comparable dude.

Khat or chat causes dependence.I atually did a study on Khat Dependence and Its Sociodemographic correlations in East africa and there is proof that it causes Psychosis, Parnonia, Erectile dysfunction, Hypertension, Strokes, Chirosis, and Loss of Appetitie. IT IS A DANGEROUS DRUG FOR ANY SOCIETY
