I never made it past that spike fall part, never realized you had to use a shinobe power to get past it, and by this time I only had 1 or 2 lives left. Thank you for completing a long lost childhood memory!

room at 5:37... that is a waste. You can flip and ninja star those guys with green as you come down on to each pillar.

Game Gear games were too hard. I hate mazes in games this tough. It hurts accesibility.

another good way to do the spikes level (the shiled enemies guarding columns one) is use green and double jump towards them and shoot stars during jump.

You have to adjust your jumps so the star gets them on the head whilst also having enough space to land back on the platform you just jumped from (takes ages) but after a while you get used to it.

This was how i did it cos i never had loads of ninjitsus on neo city like you do, blue ninjitsu is so much easier though
