Have you ever tried a Grooma to cury the horses? I find they do a better job of removing the dead winter hair, dirt, and to spread the natural oils of the skin and coat...It also helps with circulation in the skin and muscles...and does a nice job of relaxing the horses with message, when pressure is used...I find the cury comb/brush, to be harsh, and does not help the sensitive horse to relax....If you have tried it...do you not like it for some reason?

and tanner is a really nice horse i wish my horse was that tame and is it bad that i let my horse lick my hands cuz thats how i bond with her and i have let her do it since she was a colt

rick you said it is good to have a little fat on the horse and my horse after the winter she is all fat but by the end of the summer she is almost all muscle because i ride her for over and hour everyday so i was wondering if i rode her to much

geez, my mare sheds SOOO much! I spent almost an hour just currying all of that hair with a shedding blade and curry! everybody was like "Stop rubbing so hard with the curry!" And i was like "I need this hair OFF of her!" lol, she loves it and leans into the curry and moves her head up and down :)

A horse Dock is 10 but acts 5 so when i was brushing him i had to be a little softer so he wont get spooked, but people do need to relize its okay to be agressive, its not mean its okay.

@stupidkitten yes he did get spooked, a person walked around a blind corner behind me and came from behind the trailer, so it started him.
