Hey bro i need some advise im currently working on 2 of this bikes. Video of the projects will be posted soon. What i want to know is i noticed you used original gas tank did you just weld up the corners that need weld? The additional holes @ the bottom of gas tank how did you plug them? did you leave one open for the gas line? & last but not least the 2 bottom screws that hold the gas tank what did you at to them so no gas would speal? Your input would be appriciated.

@chinosgv for the gas tank I drilled holes and welded nuts on to them for the gas nozzle to screw into. I welded up the rest of the areas that weren't welded. I cut the gas cap assembly off the gas can that came with the engine. and welded it on to the top of the gas tank where I had cut a hole. I then grinded it down and used bondo to smooth it out before painting.

@chinosgv To attach it to the bike again i welded small strips of metal on the bottom of the tank that i could slide hose clamps through to attach it to the bike.
