@Finitefox ok if you want to use knees and ellbows in competition in your dojang, hurt yourself and your opponents, i don't care

@Affenpuff I've been doing TKD awhile now. And the one thing my instructor can't stress enough is that the proper use of knee's and elbows is essential. Mind you my style does differ from Traditional TaeKwonDo slightly, so i can't comment on the traditional rules

@Parkinstarkey i wonder how often i will have to say that i was talking about competition and not self defense. this video shows fights in the ring with a referee, right? so why should i talk about self defense???
