i like how tim always makes fun of al's mom and later when she died & was @ the funeral, tim wasnt kidding when he mentions how big she was when his family gave their respects to her

¥es ¥es....the blue mitt moves from one stovetop to the other. It's because it took them 2 separate takes. Tim couldn't keep a straight face for the live audience and kept laughing every time Irma said "Be Irma for a week?*little giggle*"

Well, I guess Tim now knows how Al feels when he assists Tim. Tim realized it would be best to just play along. Tim knows a lot about cooking too and when he decides to work Al they do make a good team.
Word of advice, don't let Jill be the assistant or the host because you want to make food thats EDIBLE. A type of food that Jill doesn't make. LOL

Got a point on the Jill bit...& it's "Cajun cooking because you cook it in a cage...not 'Cayenne'.
