when i first tried the TAR i found it impossible  to do so i quit ,then i came back and conquered it with both hands,its important to learn these tricks as slow as possible pay attention to the smallest detail.If you learn one correctly with hands relaxed you will notice everything else uses the same principle.I wish i had a teachr hear with me, my friend learned the TA very quickly because i taught him.If you can find someone that knows to do these tricks you can learn faster.
