I love me some Nick Cave, but this video was just retarded and not in a good way. I know a lot of people think anything RANDOM is instant ZOMG AMAZING, but having the stupid lightning sounds -repeatedly over top of the music- is dumb as a box of rocks. If I didn't know better I'd think Nick and Blixa were poking fun at everyone who loves this shit. Sometimes random is just crap.

I wanted it to be a creepy video with a "Deep South" feeling to it. Definitely did not like the goofy stuff. The song is still excellent, however.
