so i download an iso and extracted everything and im left with one more .rar file that i try to extract but it says its either damaged or no archives found please help!

I downloaded dolphin and the gamecube iso for Fire Emblem Path of Radiance, and it loads correctly on the emulator, but it's reallllllly slow and the sound is choppy. Any idea what the problem is? Do I need to change something in the configuration?

this helps a lot. the only problem is I didn't watch this video the first time I downloaded the iso file so I deleted that file that took 3 hours to downloaded and so I am going to download it again.ANOTHER THREE HOURS. but still thanks for the video.
