鄉親朋友大多都有吃過青花菜,但不知道有沒有吃過青花筍,桃園縣大園鄉蔬菜產銷班第15班班長湯嘉豐,五年多前,從日本引進青花筍種植,並且加以改良,不但品質好,採收期­還比日本多一倍,連日本人都還因此專程組團來觀摩學習。湯嘉豐比喻,如果青花菜像花枝,那青花筍就像是軟絲一樣,口感更脆、更嫩。不僅如此,曾經也是每天做到沒日沒夜的湯­嘉豐,後來把農場當成企業來經營,改變模式、簡化作業流程,現在他甚至不用到農場,員工都知道要做什麼。96年,湯嘉豐帶領班員,獲得全國十大產銷班的榮譽,今年他更代表­桃園縣,拿到2009十大經典神農獎,到底他有什麼過人之處,記者林秋伶、蔡裕昌,帶您一起去了解。
