Gerry is one of the few actors out there that is actually MORE compelling and attractive in person than he is on screen. I think of him as a force of nature. All that natural talent, great intelligence & passion for his craft, plus being very funny and very humanitarian. And he's so nice and accomodating with his fans. Then you top it all off with the drop-dead sexy good looks and the Scottish burr. OMG...there is perfection in a man. Stick a fork in me - I'm done!

pretty sure im a distant relative of this guy.. no joke lol i even have the same kinda face shape too, just different hair color xD definitely acts like every other butler in my family :P

LOL sorry but when he's not putting on an accent for a movie such as 300 the Scottish comes thru (obviously) and leaves me thinking of Billy Connelly .... funniest man on earth!!!!
It's such a shame such wonderful guys like Gerard only ever being a name, but huge thanks for providing us with continual great movies.
Please, please please though drop bad movies that have any more JA in them! You are way better actor than to carry them.

Forget his attractive face or his body! I would go for him even if he was ugly, as long as he has the same degree of passion and intellegence. There is nothing more sexier than those two qualities in man. And this is the just the beginning of Gerard Butler domination. He will never let you get bored, because he is too smart for that to happen. Wish him well.

Finally, an intellegent actor takes a charge and gets involved in the production. Gerard could be as big as Clint Eastwood oneday because he carries the same if not more intellect, charm and passion. Gerard is not a puppy. He is a wolf. That's why I adore him. Fed up with handsome actors, needed a man at the scene.
