The ending for that is simple, Kinnikuman gets the super Muscle Revenger but no Inner Strength to save him...his page burns and he disappears, but Phoenix gets severely ill from his heart problem even as his mother tries to console him.

Here's basically what happened. The Chairman of the Choujin board wanted Kinnikuman to eat so that way he could fight better, but Kinnikuman refused and said something along the lines of "Seeing as though you're the chairman you're suppose to be unbiased in these fights" but I know that isn't an exact translation. It's pretty close the way I see it.
