Kat: What about when I get back?
"We are going to go meet Joe's brothers now."

-Nick's POV-
Okay... that was creepy. Who were those girls and why did they try to kill me and Jayme? Jayme still looks pretty scared... I guess since she was closer to the door.....
Jayme: So...... um... now what?
Of course she won't tell me she's still scared. She's too strong for that. "No clue."
Jayme: Um... maybe just watch some TV?
"Sure." Walking into the TV room, I remembered something. "What time did your mom say that you had to be home?"
Jayme: Oh. Like around 5.... *looks at the clock* Dang. I don't want to get grounded again. See you tomorrow at school!
"See you." I watched her walk the few houses down and then glanced back at the house. I nearly jumped out of my skin. Joe and Jazz were coming out and the 2 girls were following them. And some other girl that looked about Kevin's age with brown hair. What was Joe doing with them? I looked closer at the 2 girls, they both looked my age. One had long black hair, kind of like Jazz's but not as long. Then my eyes fell on the other one. Her dark brown hair was down and fell over her shoulders.
Joe: Hey Nick! These are some of Jazz's friends.
"Hi." I tore my eyes off the girl with dark brown hair. She had just looked up at me with sparkling blue eyes and I didn't want to get caught staring.
Jazz: This is Kat. *points to the one that looked about Kevin's age* Regina. *points to the one with black hair* And Aly. *Points to the one with the blue eyes.*
"Hi guys. I'm Nick. Want to come in?"
Joe: *rolls his eyes* Great idea Nick.
"Oh shut up." I led the girls into the kitchen. "Want anything?"
-End Nick's POV-
-Kevin's POV-
I heard Nick and Jayme come running back in. I didn't really care why they had seemed in such a hurry. They went to the kitchen and got some stuff. They hadn't even seen me in the living room. I heard them starting to watch Tv, but Nick asked her what time she had to go. He really was so blind. I could see how much she liked him and he continued to think of her as his sister. Not my place to step in though, tried already. Then he froze at the door and was no longer watching Jayme's side of the neighborhood. I heard Joe because the living room was pretty much right next to the door.
Joe: Hey Nick! These are some of Jazz's friends.
Nick: Hi.
Jazz: This is Kat... Regina... and Aly.
Nick: Hi guys. I'm Nick. Want to come in?
Wow. He definitely just invited his own brother into the house. Something was distracting him.
Joe: Great idea Nick.
I almost laughed out loud.
Nick: Oh shut up. *steps back and then leads everyone into the kitchen* Want anything?
I had watched as they walked by. First Nick, then Joe and Jazz. Then the 3 new girls. The one in front had black hair just like Jazz. It was shorter though, and she carried herself differently. She looked completely sure of herself whereas the girl that was her height, so I assumed the same age, looked more timid. She had wavy dark brown hair and looked a little scared. The last one was older than the other 2. Maybe my age? She had brown hair that went to about halfway down her arm. She looked sure of herself too... maybe just because she was older. She was the only one who glanced around when she came in, maybe because she had had to close the door. She looked over at me and froze for about half a second. Her eyes were startlingly green and looked rather curious when she saw me. But then she just turned and walked into the kitchen with everyone else. Well... time to go meet the new girls. "Hey guys. Who's your friends?"
Joe: Hey Kevin. These are Jazz's friends.
Jazz: Aly, *dark brown hair* Regina, *black hair* And Kat. *the one who had looked at me"
"Hi. I'm Kevin. You just move here?"
Jazz: They are staying in my house. They had some problems at home and needed a new house so I invited them here.
I could tell there was a lot more to the story, but decided not to bug them. "You girls want some home made cookies?" Good thing I had gotten so bored today.
Kat: Sure. Did your mom make them?
Figures. Girls never think that guys can cook. "No, I did."
Joe: *snickers* Watch yourself.
Nick: Not sure if they are going to be completely edible.
"Oh shut up guys." I pulled out the cookies and put them in front of the girls. They each took one. Jazz glanced apprehensively at Joe who had chuckled and nodded his head before she even tried it. Regina bit right into it, so I was right that she wasn't scared of anything. Very sure of herself. Aly nibbled at the sides before biting into it. Kat sniffed it and then threw the whole thing into her mouth. That made me happy, but I didn't know why...

ohh i know! hes wonderfully amazingly perfectly nice! i love him so so much! it was so hard 2 write him in as being so snobbish here! but its just cause hes the older one and hes grumpy about the college thing. but i make it all better later. i make him more like himself! much nicer!!! <3333 thanks sooooo much for reading btw!
