  • épor causa do parque no fundo deu super aquecimento

  • @intelcore2duo43 well, in the first place, i suppose this is from Mexico, my country, where NOM-001-SEDE-2005 which is the equivalent for your American NEC is not really well known to the utility workers, also, the oil that transformers use is not only highly flammable, but also hard to extinguish if it catches fire. what i think happened here is that a phase got more load than the others, reaching more than 90°C temp and melting the cable insulation n´ being not short circuit.

  • @intelcore2duo43 I think you're talking about the insulation melting off the wires. There are no resistors on a transformer.

  • ferinha da madrugada

  • hehe, thats dangerous, should have had a fuse on the primary too!

  • What I wanna know is how did that wiring pass code? That's a fire hazard waiting to happen according to National Electrical Code. Looks like the electrical company that installed the wiring did a very sloppy job and did not take pride in their work. The only real nice I like about this video is at around the 0:20 mark, you can little drizzles of the electrolyte leak out out the resistors of the transformer.

  • Where is the fire gear? Why are you trying to put out the fire before arrival of the power company?
