@gebruikernnaam vanos is the same thing? :D:D:D vanos is about valve timing but vtec about valve clearance. ;) thous are 2 diferent things. :)

@BMWkamikaze540 yes that e30 is a vanos machine as it is an m50, the m20 (in my opinion a better more lively engine) was not vanos. even a well sorted lude or teg could not hold a candle to an e30 325is with the same amount of money spent on it as its rival,

I'm building a m60 e30 with an m3 diff, 5 speed box, roll cage, bucket seats, gaz coilovers and grooved and vented big brake kit.

Shit I had a 3rd gen h22 swapped in it was quick as hell up to like 80 or 90.... this motor is just a basic BMW straight 6 probably not even VANOS and ya a properly modded h22 Lude should run toe to toe with plenty of bimmers and I know from experience a boxter. But try racing a v8 BMW, and this particular Honda will get smashed...

@bedoe19 and BMW has vanos.. which is basically the same thing, this being an M50 engine there is 50/50 chance it has vanos. get a clue honda fanboy
